Does McCain have a clue what is going to happen shortly after the election

They never liked him.

Part of it was ideology. Part of it was that he is a narcissist of tremendous proportions (Just think of why he would give up 10 years of his life to run for President and expose all his family skeletons to national ridicule.).

He is isn't religious at all but likes to come off holier than the other guys. They know that he doesn't really like their pastors, churches or superstitious beliefs.

He looks down on the other guys who have to spend all their times on their knees begging for donations and they resent it knowing that he is sitting on a fortune.

They know that if he could become President and sink the party ala Nixon that he would do it in a NY minute.

But does McCain have any idea how the Republican regulars really hate him and how they will turn - leaders, pundits and Joe the plummer on the morning of November 5th for letting "that one" send the Republican Party into the wilderness?

2. The GOP Isn't Showing Their Hand

Somebody put a lot of money into the campaign, before Palin was on the scene.

They may just wash their hands of it all. They are busy with the economy turning their personal fortunes into pennies.

I do hope Palin is imprisoned for the crimes she's committed, though.

3. I think he knows and he also knows his career is over. The base will now turn on him since they

never liked him to begin with. They just put up with him to try and win and Finally get a SCOTUS that will fuck up... I mean overturn... Roe v Wade

4. "I told you so" will be the new slogan of the Republican Party

You will not be able to find one person that voted for him or donated money to his campaign in the entire party.

6. I strongly suspect McCain won't live long after the election.

He doesn't look well at all. The disappointment might be too much for him.

Not that I wish him dead or anything. It's just my opinion about his appearance and demeanor.
