Governor Bill Ritter Robocalls (CO) re: mail-in ballot delay

This one is actually a good one as he (Colorado Governor Bill Ritter, D) not only is calling on behalf of Obama but to let those who had requested a mail-in ballot, but not received it as yet, that they should hold out a bit longer, rather than go to the polls to early vote, since the latter would result in a provisional ballot and delays in tallying votes on election day.

Apparently there has been a major delay in processing all the applications for mail-in ballots. Frustrating, but also good news, I guess.

All the early voting locations have been absolutely packed. I'm going to be a poll judge on election day and had to drop in some paperwork and could hardly get in the door....
