I want to ask those who watched MTP

An oozing meltdown by McCane who was genuinely rattled and on the defensive for the full half hour?

To cover himself Brokaw was prepared with some strong questions and then weakly hung back on follow through and left McCain to struggle. By giving him a half hour at this stage he had thrown a last minute life preserver to a drowning man.

Yet McClueless disgraced himself from one question to the next. Because the evidence of lousy campaigning and lousy choices and indefensible stands on the issues was all around him like a fly on manure. It could not be hidden away, it kept sliming out from under the rugs it had been swept.

Were I undecided, I would now be swayed to never entrust that little old man with anything important.

Whatever the intention had been it backfired massively by showing an unstable rattled old man, a liar, and a flip flopper.

If Tom Brokaw can no longer help you, it is all over.

Now:
off to write a LTE for my paper (NC - Winston-Salem) which has even today not yet endorsed.

He didn't look good on any point through the entire interview.

The best part about this is that other media outlets like to use clips from MTP. The worst of this (for McCalin) will be shown over and over again for the next few days.
