I am expecting lots of legal challenges just days before the election... |

... and Mukasey's DOJ moving to ensure that 200,000 voters in Ohio are forced to vote by provisional ballots.
It seems to be the only avenue left for them to try.

1. I'm expecting lots of legal challenges AFTER the election. |

Short of a 50-state shut-out, I expect the GOPsychos to file lawsuits challenging the results... just because.
Just because it gives them a sick sort of pleasure to project their crimes onto others.
Just because they ALWAYS try to smear their opponents with the very same slime they themselves excrete.
Just because they place party over country -- always have and always will. That's why they talk so much "pro-America" stuff: because their every waking moment is spent trying to destroy America.
Look how close they've come already.

2. So it might be worthwhile to get pics in advance of all D.C. Repub Staffers ... |
|
... in case they decide to fly in and pretend they are locals engaging in riotious behavior to shut down vote counting?

challenge votes that have already been cast. I agree with you that they are going to try to litigate a win but from the way things are looking so far, it does not appear at all certain that the courts will rule in their favor. We'll see. I wonder if the Obama Campaign legal counsel, ever got a reply from the DOJ, asking that the special counsel appointed to look into the 2006 Attorney General Firings expand that investigation to include the orchestrated effort that the GOP is putting forth now.
