I decided I will place all my photos in the album, but here's a few teasers... Damn camera battery went out before I could finish it. Wonderful rally and my seat was about 50 feet from Obama's platform. There are 83 photos in it.

5. I was about 50 feet away in an reserved section for the disabled - from his podium

Wife and I are deaf, and checked with the campaign and DU'ers (thanks so much grantcart!) and found out that it's in a different place from where the general line is.

We were *VERY* lucky to get in, they had to stop taking in the disabled because it was jam packed!

And my camera is a Canon Powershot SD1000. It's 2 years old but does a great job of taking pictures at 12X zoom.

I actually parked across the street from Cheesecake Factory downtown (16th and Larimer) (where we had lunch) at a client's garage. I obtained permission because it's a private garage, and didn't want to park there, but knowing with the rally, it was a great choice.

Took the shuttle uptown, and walked the rest of the way. Wife was easily tired (she's 5 months pregnant) and we stood for over an hour before we finally got in, and wife really needed to sit down. :)

I got a closeup shot of Obama shaking hands when he finished the rally - from my Blackberry. I'll have to upload that sometimes.

But I did pick up an Obama sign for the house and a free frisbee from a local radio station.

Oh and I'm wearing a new MLK/Obama shirt that I picked up from the vendor for $10.

They have an ADA line, from a different corner (14th and Bannock).

27. Mark Udall looks so much like his dad, Morris Udall -- one of my favorite Dems of all time.

Just looking at his face brought back the night Mo Udall lost the nomination to Jimmy Carter in 1976 -- a night I spent crying in my room! I'm crying now, just thinking about it (though I grew to love Jimmy Carter, of course).

They just don't make them like Mo Udall anymore.

He's too tired in the pic. And he aged A LOT!

The first thing Barack should do after he wins: HE SHOULD SLEEP A LOT!
