If he's under impeachment before that, the game is over for BushCo.

I don't know how, but I do hope so. And FTR, I answered 'no'.

4. No, but only because he will never be formally charged with a crime. |
|
As much as I would love to see that prick behind bars for the rest of his sniveling, pathetic life, it just won't happen. We should face reality and move forward working on what can be done to ensure this doesn't happen again.

16. Obama has promised, back in April, and Biden has reaffirmed in August... |
|
...that there will be investigations by an Obama Administration of any criminal acts by the Bush Administration, but I don't think even they have it in them to prosecute an ex-President of the United States.
I just don't see it but then again, I'm not all-seeing. Perhaps they'll go after people like Cheney or Rumsfeld and definitely Alberto Gonzales, but Bush?
Anyway, with fingers crossed, I voted "Yes" nonetheless.

In fact I hope he does. First act as President, Obama issue a blanket pardon for George W. Bush. Then prosecute Cheney and Rove and every other slimeball in the misadministration.

Someone would have to actually charge him with something to begin with and I don't see anyone who can make a difference doing that.

doing it. I see Obama as a very forgiving and compasionate person. Just look at his smile and you will know that.
On edit: If it ever came to that, I would trust his judgement.

And that is never going to happen. He and his crew are going off to count their blood money scott free.

25. In the real world, it is highly highly unlikely that ANY charges will be brought against George W. |
|
Edited on Mon Oct-27-08 05:24 AM by Douglas Carpenter
It is possible that charges would be brought against Dick Cheyney - but less than likely.
