How the hell does Hannity get away with the "hit" pieces he does on Obama?

I was watching D.L. Hughley's new show this weekend and my ADHD spouse just had to flip over to FOX during the commercial:eyes: and lo and behold, there's Hannity spewing shit about Obama that is CLEARLY lies by anyone sensible enough to go do a simple fact check, but anyway, there it was. It made my skin crawl the few brief minutes I was taken hostage to this garbage!

What Hannity is doing is slander and he should be called on it. :argh:
