Obama and Biden have exercised remarkable restraint.
They have run the classiest, most respectable campaign I have ever seen in my lifetime.

And to their credit, and my euphoria, it looks like they were right and I was wrong that it might be necessary to fire back with everything we've got.

What amazes me is how reckless McCain is being, in light of the fact that there are obvious and terribly incriminating things Obama could reveal about McCain.

I don't understand why McCain would take the risk of getting so nasty when he knows full well that, if Obama/Biden wanted, they could reveal some of these "Do Not Touch" issues that revolve around McCain, in particular his tempermental, obscene outbursts to his wife in front of journalists, as well as his favors to Charles Keating, his unbalanced comments over the past sixteen years, and his almost criminally negligent (and dangerous, to our soldiers) photo op in Iraq.

Yes, I respect and revere Obama for taking the high road, but why is McCain daring to hit below the belt when he knows he can be decimated by similar tactics from our side. He has way, way more to lose than Obama if the gloves come off completely.
