There are a ton of polls that show Obama with a huge lead in PA and all the media focuses on is the Mason Dixon poll...I WONDER THE FUCK WHY?

Let's push so that we no longer have JUST FIVE huge media conglomerates in Republican hands.

We got much better reporting when there were 50 media companies competing for our attention. More diverse viewpoints too.

9. Let's be honest...they wanna justify their existence

I don't know if you remember the time before 24 hour news....but back then...but they could provide the news in about 1 hour a day and that was enough.

Now with 24 hour news...they have to have something....so they hype everything.

I think Obama is going to crush McCain on Election Day and I think the media knows that...but if everyone starts to believe it, then why tune in?

So they hype small polls to get people hyped up to watch more hype.

Personally I think the only good part is that it gets voters out and gets then voting early where applicable.
