Who would win in a nag off contest between...
the "Don't you DARE get complacent" busybodies and the "Concern duly noted, you troll" thought police?

One group of posters is constantly telling me I'm too damned optimistic. The other group is constantly telling me I'm too damned pessimistic. The only thing they seem to agree on is the fact that my attitude is somehow going to cost Barack Obama the election.

6. I don't know, but the "Don't call Palin a sexist name" police might give them some competition
in your nag off contest, Bucky.

7. Why does optimism/confidence get conflated with complacency?
