Russ Feingold To Wisconsin AG: "Get The FUCK Out Of The Voter Intimidation Business, Asshole"!
Well, not QUITE in those words. But that's what he meant....

http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2008/10/feingold_weighs_in_on_wi_ags_p.php

"Wisconin's junior senator, Russ Feingold, joined the fray over Attorney Gen. J.B. Van Hollen's announcement this week that he would be sending 50 state prosecutors and agents to polls to protect again voter fraud.

"he announcement and execution of your plans may have the effect of discouraging legitimate voters from attempting to cast their votes, and I urge you to reconsider your decision," Feingold wrote in a letter to Van Hollen published by the Capital Times. "I also encourage you to ensure that criminal law enforcement personnel are not deployed at polling stations.""

2. One Would Think, Sir, The Governor There Would Have Authority To Forbid This Action
If he does, he ought to use it.

If the office is elective, and the Legislature has power of Impeachment, proceedings for same ought to be commenced.

8. Govenor Jim Doyle hired Attorney Lester Pines to fight the purging of voters.
Information that was being cross checked on two different data bases didn't match, and Van Hollen was removing them from voting lists. Lester Pines won this battle for Wisconsin. Now Feingold is asking AG not to intimidate voters by using police, and prosecuters to put at polls. This is what Van Hollen said he was going to do when he lost his battle in court.

11. Van Hollen needs to be tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail.....
a fine old American tradition we need to revive.
