Shut up and get down to your local Obama HQ first thing tomorrow morning and get to work on GOTV.

Only four days and this MUST be the largest effort that has ever happened and it cannot happen without warm bodies knocking on doors and talking to their neighbors to get them to the polls for Obama.

If you can't walk maybe you can cook and take some food to the HQ, Those people that will be walking and talking will need to be fed.

If you can't cook maybe you can shop and drop off some snacks.

Maybe you can drive other canvassers out.

In short, DO SOMETHING!

I live in Australia. I'm doing this on my own dime and it's meant a lot of late nights for me. Right now, it's late at night in America, so I'm not calling.

and that needs to stop. when i phonebanked last, i got in contact with multiple disabled/housebound adults who either 1) did not know that they could phonebank from their computer and were ecstatic when i explained N2N to them or 2) were already doing tons of work from home. i made an account and got N2N phone numbers for a legally blind man, read all the info to him over the phone and left the web page open...30 minutes later he called me back with all the data. i put it in and gave him more numbers. he said it had changed his whole day and he felt useful, happy, excited, grateful...

gah, volunteering is SO IMPORTANT. people need to do this.
