2. it's like a long informercial for McCain every day
I always feel like they show more of McCain/Palin events than Obama/Biden events...I mean, it's like a treat if they show Obama or Biden without cutting away.

And on the subject of MSNBC/NBC, did anyone read the NYT article today about who might take over Meet the Press? It's mostly another speculation piece, but it mentions David Gregory's sucky ratings for Race for the White House several times, and says that some people find him "combative" off camera , so it made me laugh.

it's kind of the same article that appears every couple of months about "Who could take over Meet the Press", but again, I just like it because they are kind of dismissive of David Gregory. They still say he could get the job (puke), but I like that they included the disclaimers about him.

3. I wonder if anyone measures the amount of time dedicated to one candidate vs. the other.
I'm sure it's something like 10:1 because everytime I tune into CNN or MSNBC, it's a McCain/Palin infomercial. :eyes:

6. I don't watch much TV but it seems to me people are hypersensitive to seeing coverage of McCain

I have no hard facts to back this up, but it seems about evenly divided between McCain and Obama to me, based on tuning in at random times and watching brief segments.
