1. I haven't read that prediction

but it stands to reason that the Obama administration (gawd, I'm gonna love typing that phrase!) will foster a safer environment for whistleblowing than BushCo ever provided. This would, of course, include whistleblowers who were witness to criminal acts and gawd-knows-what atrocities committed by minions of the BFEE and the neocons.
