I'm getting ready to do the neighbor-to-neighbor calling for Obama.

5. Here in Denver, I'm doing precinct calls at

the Obama satellite HQ beginning at 1 pm mountain time. There are 140 callers from three adjoining neighborhoods who'll be calling this morning through election day.

There are 4 Obama HQs in Denver alone and many more satellite offices.

I'll be calling again there Election day morning.

It is very close here in Denver. Don't believe the polls. As of this morning, all early voting (absentee ballots and early poll voting combined) is essentially tied between Repubs and Dems. Many independents have early voted, but there's no telling how that vote is splitting.

Early voting in CO ended last night at 7 pm.

8. I was called twice yesterday by Obama People/Dems

First by a nice young African American woman, calling on behalf of the Democratic party, urging me to get out and vote. I told her that, if someone cut off my arms and legs before tuesday, I would literally drag myself to the polling station using my tongue. I also thanked her for serving her country by helping get out the vote.

The second call was a Robo Call by Michelle Obama urging me to vote for her husband. It was done very tactfully and was nice and polite, unlike those bizarro calls people are getting from McCain.

It is very nice to see the Dem's pushing and pushing hard at this late point, taking nothing for granted.
