He's got a nice one supporting our democratic Senate candidate. Makes Obama look really presidential. It's got to be helping him here, especially compared with all of the vitriol coming from the RSCC, rightwing 527's and the republican incumbent's campaign.

1. Unfortunately, disgustingly, here in Oklahoma the repugs like Ihoffe
are running ads that link the local dems to Obama as if they were linking them to the Devil himself. For any thinking human American, a link to Obama would be a positive thing. Here, such a link is a weapon of vile hatred, racial and homophobic scare tactics. So, here in Oklahoma, the perception at least is that a recomendation from Obama would be a negative. I am hopeful that the truth of Obama and any people that want to be like him will be vindicated next Tuesday.

4. So, now Barack's a homosexual too? Don't mention it to Michelle.
Personally, I thought he looked kind of hot for her after the last debate.

5. Jeff Merkley - Oregon --- Our republican Senator (Merkley's opponent)
Edited on Sun Nov-02-08 01:49 AM by funflower
is a champion greenwasher. Even his website is green. People are finally figuring out that his voting record looks more that of a Senator from Alabama than Oregon.

At any rate, when he's not spewing vitriol at Merkley, the incumbent (Sen. Gordon Smith) is pretending he and Barack (and even Ted Kennedy) are buddies.

Barack's ads are apparently intended to set the record straight in a very statesmanlike and presidential fashion.
