Not a probability. But a possibility.

I heard a big-time guy on TV, I can't remember if it was Chuck Todd, or Charlie Cook, or someone else, but some white dude said that black turnout in the south is expected between ninety-five and one-hundred percent!

I haven't done the math, but it seems like if we have most of the white Dems, and we get 95% black turnout, we're good to go!
