Hart's Location is a bit more moderate than Dixville.

Keep an eye on this city too at midnight.

This is how it's broken down the past three elections:

2004:

George Bush: 16
John Kerry: 14

2000:

George Bush: 17
Al Gore: 13

1996:

Bob Dole: 12
Bill Clinton: 11

Obama won't win, but if he does, look out.
