Election Eve 2008..
Edited on Mon Nov-03-08 10:59 PM by ChipperbackDemocrat
ChipperbackDemocrat's schedule for November 4, 2008

6:00am -- Polls open in Connecticut. Chipperback's going to vote early and pick up a couple of friends along the way.
6:30am -- Head home for a victory breakfast
7:30am -- Head to the town Democratic HQ and help out

For the last 8 years, our country has been ran by a cabal built on planned incompetence.
This regime and their party believe that government is worthless, and they have gone to great lengths to prove the theorem.
It began with the biggest intelligence blunder in our nation's history, and continued with a naked deception of the American people to lead us into a war without provocation. The price of deception in Iraq is over 4,000 American service men and women, and over 600,000 Iraqi civilians. All in the name of regime change against a dictator who was a CIA asset of interest for over 40 years.

Here at home, this cabal fixed two presidential elections. Continued a 30-year push to deregulate all mechanism of commerce at the expense of American taxpayers to the delight of small corporate uberclass. The Robin Hood Reverse of the Reagan regime became supercharged under George W. Bush. The push raced forward enriching a select few at our expense until quite recently, it all crashed.

Of course the cracks in the foundation began long before the stock market saw it. The gas prices and oil prices and food prices were rising since 2003. Since the beginning of our deception in Iraq, and continuing through the tax cuts, the sweetheart deals all the way up to the second shining sign of Republican planned incompetence in action.

August 2005. New Orleans, Louisiana. You could hear the ghost of Huey P. Long crying out. "The bastards are going to drown you again and again."
And surely, they did.
See the waters flood New Orleans. Remember people on rooftops. The Superdome. The desperation. The despair.
Do you remember?
Remember where the President was when it happened. Remember where the man who the cabal wants to be the next President was?
They were together, raising money to keep the planned incompetence going.

It is planned. It is not an accident that you see what you see from the Republican regime. That has been mantra since the 1970s. "Small Government". And they don't deny. Their lead tactician, Grover Norquist says it best. "I want to make Government small enough to where I can drown it in the bath tub."
Or perhaps, drown an entire city of mostly poor and black folks.

Small Government...for you.. Big Government for them and their friends. It is not an accident.

Those in charge of this regime know what they are doing. They'll do anything to keep it going. and they'll use any means to distract you from looking behind the curtain.

I for one will look behind that curtain, and I will look into the eyes of the ugliness of this planned incompetence..and I say ENOUGH!

It is time to end this regime. It is time to end the planned incompetence. I don't know what you are going to do in that voting booth tomorrow, but I know what I will do.

I'm voting for Barack Obama, and I know you all will... But also get somebody who is on the fence. Get that undecided person who is looking. Get that disaffected person who feels they have no stake in the game. Let them know. Let them see. Help them understand that is incompetence isn't by accident and to beat it will require action, and not just tomorrow, but thereafter.

But, tomorrow is the start. It begins with you and me..and a voting booth.

I'm ChipperbackDemocrat, and I approve this message.
