Stevens, Ginsburg and Souter need to hang on just a couple more months.
No predictions on appointments - maybe Cass Sunstein. Wish he would appoint some of my very liberal Pitt Law profs, but no chance of that.

I think she was appointed by Bush Sr, and then promoted by Clinton, but has proven to be a reliably left-of-center vote.
