4. Kyl is just trying to "Clintonize" Obama.

He talks like Ginsburg, Souter, and Breyer are some kind of firebrand liberals in the mold of Lawrence Tribe or Kathleen Sullivan.

And Souter was appointed by the first Bush. He needs to STFU and let Obama nominate who he wants to nominate.
