The Barack Obama Library

Wouldn't that be nice? Other than his own autobiographies, and Lincoln: The Biography of a Writer' by Fred Kaplan (which he's reading now), what other books should there be? :patriot:

Edited to add: It would be a refreshing change from the coloring books and copies of My Pet Goat in GWB's lie-berries! ;)

(as seen in this photo from before he appeared on Zakaria's show, which I have always thought was impressive)

I should add, in graduate school, I was unanimously elected as the president of the pretend "Bad Historians Club" because of my infamous loathing of reading so the mere fact that Obama has me even taking a passing interest in anything that doesn't have "Vogue" on the cover is a minor miracle. lol

4. If I could recommend one book to President Obama it would be
The Uses Of The Past by Herbert Joseph Muller, published in 1952. It's an examination of former societes through a liberal humanist perspective. Muller was a historian and professor who died in 1980. Extraordinary book.
