What do you think of Jim Jones as Obama's National Security Advisor?

But seriously, didn't he appear with McCain last summer at a campaign event? His wikipedia page says that he appeared with McCain, doesn't add more than that. I'm very wary of the foreign policy status quo types, in general, I'm not sold on him.
