Kerry Honors 'Heroes' of 9/11 Attacks
BOSTON - Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry (news - web sites) on Saturday remembered "ordinary men and women who became heroes at a moment's notice" when terrorists attacked the United States.
"While Sept. 11th was the worst day we have ever seen, it brought out the best in all of us," Kerry told families of Massachusetts victims during a memorial at the Boston Opera House.
Kerry offered comfort to the families with words from the Book of Psalms: "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning."
"In the years ahead, we will share its lessons with our children and grandchildren," he said. "We will tell them that on Sept. 11, ordinary men and women became heroes at a moment's notice — and so can you. We will tell them that we were strong because we took care of each other — and so can you." _________________________________________________
Very real, very powerful and I appretiated his words. This is a real man speaking.

Damn that just sounds good. Imagine the thought of replacing the smirk and sneer crooks with a couple of rockstars who are fit to lead this nation on every issue and are looking to overturn the damage done to us by the Rethug party and their cohorts.

When I was young people used to tell me that I was 10 years ahead of my time. With the information age, it has come down to 10 seconds.

I think I like Kerry's volunteer program for teenagers the best, right after his health plan.
