1. They put out a list of what cases they were going to hear

12. Williams said he'd bet any amount of money that it will not be taken up by the court.
But it won't be an end to the foolishness. I already saw the freepers say they would go after his "foreign donations" next.

14. Pete Williams is a nitwit.
Don't listen to him. They posted a list of cases where they granted certiorari today. They do that to put the lawyers in those cases on notice so they can start preparing.

If Donofrio is not on today's list, it's not going to be granted. Since there are a ton of cases where certiorari is denied it takes them a while to compile that list...hence the delay until monday of publishing that list.
