Do you wanna feel good?
Listen to one of the best singer/songwriters in history singing the song that was inspired by the daughter of one of the greatest Americans in history. Did you know this song was inspired by her almost 4 decades ago?

The song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMTgiFedLpE

The article revealing the decades-old secret of who it was that inspired him: http://www.usatoday.com/life/music/news/2007-11-20-sweet-caroline_N.htm

Another rendition of the song when he was 66 yrs old, this one even more fun, with an entire MSG crowd joining in:

2. I didn't say the best in history. I said ONE OF the best in history.
Jesus H Christ, no matter how anyone tries to lighten things up, it's posters like you who are the first ones to jump in and start things off with your patented negativity.

3. Lighten up Alice.
Go make a cup of Chamomile tea, take your Birkenstocks off, spin up your mint copy of "Solitary Man," put your mind in a happy place and chill.

5. It's a great song,
she must feel about 8 feet tall every time she hears it! Neil Diamond was never my favourite singer, but this was the one song I really enjoyed. It always has been a feel-good, happy group kind of song .... lots of drinks to that one heh heh .... Thanks for posting the link.

12. It's amazing how many love songs are inspired by daughters....
.... "Isn't She Lovely" and "My Girl" being two off of the top of my head.
