Now we they are working on "Blue File" Ballots.


These are ballots that don't have a complete original and copy.


They include those that have no question of voter intent and those with voter intent.

apparently when a ballot is challenged the law is that they make an immediate copy and write on the copy and attach them together.


These are ballots without a copy or possibly even some copies with no original.


Franken wants them in - Coleman wants them out.

...but for which the ballots were lost? Were those counted?

8. No those were 130 absentee ballots and handled by court decision

but they could be not yet counted.


There still remains 1000+ absentee ballots that were improperly rejected and not yet counted.

The green file is smaller than the blue file.
