The problem is this, the undecided votes really do not no where Kerry stands. They no where bush stands, and they do not like it, but they believe Kerry is trying to say the right thing to please everyone. We don't have much time and he better say I believe in A, B, C. No long verbage, no ambiguity.
We are not the problem, we know what his positions, it is those that are undecided.

between their likely voters and registered voters samples is way too high.
They also seem to be extremely volatile with huge shifts.
