Good one, Boehner. Like we don't remember what you and your party have been up to for the last eight years.

1. Amazing isn't it?
If there was a god he would strike them down for the sheer hypocrisy.

2. McConnell's not worried. He's a joke. People will rue the day they
voted for him.

3. But please don't try to assess blame.
Let's look to the future not the past. :sarcasm:

14. This is a time when looking at the past has relevence.
This isn't 1979. It's 2009.

There is legitimate blame.

5. Mitch McConnell believes that our States should get "loans"
at nice rates of 5% or so. That should keep them from borrowing too much and giving it away on frivolous things like roads and health care for the needy.

See, according to Mitch, taking care of We the People of the United States should be a business proposition. Either We the People get our fiscal acts together or he wants to be able to repossess our stuff in the event of a loan default. (I think Mitch has his eye on Niagara Falls. He probably made a deal with John Ensign to move it to Nevada. They need the water.)

I don't know about you, but I find that a wee bit heartless.

12. What loans? No one is loaning these days. When even Larry Ludlow makes fun of the rethugs over this
you know they are being looked at as complete tools. He laughed at them this morning on CNBC..."so now they are worried". Pot calling the kettle black.

10. Must be the RNC talking point of the week. Joe Scab was bellowing about it yesterday
on Morning Joe.

That guy is pitiful. It's almost embarrassing to watch him talk about the deficit as if he just found it in a cabbage patch somewhere...

13. Despicable. Their lot is the party predominately responsible for making it in the first place.
No, Dems are not innocent either, but the last 30 years speak for themselves. Never mind the last 8, or the first 6 of the last 8.

With luck, Obama trying not dissimilar tactics will help put things in order.
