Should we start tracking legislation and Exec Orders Obama Signs?
Cause I bet that's gonna be really interesting.

So now this one goes to the Senate. Perhaps this can be ready on President Obama's desk as soon as he takes office! :bounce:

House passes legislation fighting wage discrimination.
Today, in a vote of 247-171, the House passed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which boosts a woman’s ability to bring pay discrimination lawsuits. The bill overrules a Supreme Court decision that workers must file a discrimination claim within 180 days of a pay violation, even though many people don’t learn about the wage disparities for years. In a 256-163 vote, lawmakers also approved the Paycheck Fairness Act, which closes “loopholes that have enabled employers to evade the 1963 law requiring equal pay for equal work.”

3. I'm sure that Reid and Pelosi are not so stupid as to even
Think of associating bills to be signed with Bush.

6. I know. But since folks are closely tracking what they don't like.....
regardless of whether it has any real impact or not,
I'd like to track here at DU what is actually accomplished in terms
of policies and such...as that is what I elected a President to get done.

9. Yes, because I am longing for him to shred all of Bush the Lesser's secret legislation....
... and I want to know when it happens.
