5. The self pity in that room is so thick he could toss it like poo
First couple of question were from fucksnooze shills, like: "Do you think your critics hate you because of all th tough decisions you made?" and "how do you think Obama's gonna screw up?"

7. Watching this guy and listening to his nonsense really makes me
relieved that this war mongering fool is on his way out of the door. What an asshole. Barack Obama is a fresh of breath air already. I can't believe fools voted for this jerk twice.

12. You noticed that too....
I heard him say that, and I'm like....

WTF??????????

Poor George...always the victim. Well at least he was given the chance to have one last whine-fest before he's booted out on his ass.

10. So the economy is going down the drain, and it sounds like Bush is still screaming TERRA TERRA TERRA
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28617979/

President Bush, in the final official news conference of his presidency, said Monday that the "most urgent threat" that President-elect Barack Obama will face is the potential for an "attack on our homeland."

11. A few things...
1. He still never made any mistakes..there were only "disappointments"

2. Katrina....he couldn't have landed AF1 in New Orleans because it would have taken precious police presence away from needed areas. Of course, nobody even ASKED him about landing in NOLA....he didn't have to. All he could have done was be in DC at that time instead of yukking it up with John McCain and his birthday cake. But I suppose that wasn't his fault either.

3. Most of the bad stuff that happened on "his watch"...he "inherited" it.

Oh, and something else I noticed...his "jokes" didn't go over that well with the Press Corps, who probably got tired of pretending to be amused for nearly eight years.

That's about all I could glean from the gibberish he blathered on about.

Eight more days before an actual adult becomes President.

15. Bush kept hammering the word "disappointment" instead of "failure" or "mistake."
when he was asked if he had made any mistakes.

He was self pitying, defensive, using strawman arguments (he knows damn well he wasn't criticized for not landing AF One in New Orleans, but for not being prepared for Katrina in the first place), dismissive. He acted like he couldn't care less what anybody thought. He once made a reference to riding his mountain bike as hard as he could to "forget" the fact that he was president! This went on and on. It was embarrassing.

17. Where was he?
It sounds like he was confessing to a priest. Yeah well, lots of people are "disappointed" in him too.

20. This was a press conference if that is what you asked.
He also looked awful: dry, wrinkly face, kinda pale, needed a haircut. Here he's our POTUS and he looks just one step away from a skid row bum...
