... either Iraq war.

I'm not even sure that 'nam should be raised to the level of "protecting our freedom" that the other wars clearly were, but the Gulf War and that crap that's happening now CLEARLY were not.

8. It's not what the battle was fought for...
but what the men who served believed they were fighting for. President Obama invoked ideals in his speech, and in mentioning Khe Sanh he was acknowledging the patriotism and sacrifice of those who served our nation, even if the war in which they fought was unjust.
