He doesn't seem to have the plastic-yness that the President normally has, the slightly inhuman. Seems like someone who'd recognize you if he passed you on the street, hug you and say to you, "hey! what's up!"

I haven't known (of) this man forever ..... but I cant remember when that was or what it was like.
