FOX is coviering all the inaugeral balls
...I just watched our President and First Lady dancing with two members of the service, and I have to say, the coverage is more than fair and balanced.

The Prez had a wonderful exchange via satellite with 7 service men and women in Afghanistan - the troops at the ball loved it!

I hate to say it, but I'm a sucker, and I'm going to stick with Fox tonight, at least for a while...!

2. They have been on their best behavior all day today
I have been switching among all the channels and Fox is no worse than any of the others.

4. they had a great piece on the Tuskegee Airmen yesterday
I was shocked. And then Hannity and his conspiracy theories brought me back down to reality.

5. Eww. Can't watch Hannity.
You have my utmost admiration for suffering that. But I happened to see that Fox is going until midnight to all the balls, and I got tired of seeing just snippets on CNN & MSNBC and hearing them talk over the dancing and the speeches. I want to see the Prez, dammit. So I turned. So far so good.

If they start to make me puke, I'll turn the sound down. But they've been praising them so far, and saying that they look great dancing together. Who knew?

9. the whole thing? Cool.
In between, I'm back to CNN & MSNBC anyway - if they don't turn away in the middle of an appearance, like they did with the first two, I'll stay there. I never watch Fox, so I was surprised to even see them covering it.

11. switching back and forth - yep, heard that. Turned away...
...just in time to hear David Gregory's biased bullshit about Obama's foreign policy. So I turned to CNN, and Campbell Brown irritates the shit outta me. I've been pissed at her all day, after she announced earlier that Ted Kennedy had a siezure "immediately after shaking President Obama's hand," which is a bullshit lie. I saw it, Obama shook his hand, took his seat at the table, and Pelosi spoke, all before anything happened to Teddy. WTF!

Can't win.

12. Well, the staff at fox are currently sweeping up the pieces of Hannity's and O'Really's heads.
Big mess after the explosion.

Tomorrow, after some Stupid Glue, they'll be back to normal. Easy to put back together- they don't actually need to hold anything.

16. Watch other 24/7 news networks showing the same thing, don't boost Fox's ratings
The more viewers Fox gets the more they can charge advertises for putting commercials on their network, so hit them right where their wallet is.
