There's actually a decent amount of earthmoving, landscaping and construction-type labor in environmental preservation efforts.

Not to mention employment for biologists and other scientists to make sure things are ecologically kosher.

I don't know if anyone knows this but in CT the highways are so congested. We have a lot of people in one little state and the highways have taken a lot of wear and tear over the years.

this thing works. When reviewing the money for my state, I can't help feel that it should get things moving again, and better the economic situation. I like what I saw. It covered alot of programs and areas. Thanks for posting the info, by the way.

The Fed money will help with transportation, healthcare, and education here - and that's just fine by me.
