Republicans are not simply being stupid on the economy |
|
We have to remember something about Republicans, if the economy gets better under Obama's watch, they lose. They're praying for the economy to fail. They will do everything they can to bring forth a new great depression. Anything for power.

with what you're saying about how Republicans want Obama to fail, I don't see it as a winner for Republicans.
If nothing else, 2006 and 2008 showed that more Americans are paying attention and one can bet that they're watching closely as the Republicans in Congress continue to stonewall every move Obama and the Democrats try to make.
Their best bet is to get on board, hope it succeeds and pray they keep the seats they have now. Failure will result in more loss for the right.
Just my opinion of course.

2. I heard ..I believe it was Howard Fineman..say that the repukes are betting that things will |
|
not be better by 2010, and they will be able to say "We told you so."..and they could win a few seats in Congress.
Fineman thought this was a huge gamble, and they probably will not win.
