Concerning yesterdays Town Hall Meeting....
did anyone ask the President if B*sh and Cheney are going to be held accountable for their crimes?

President Obama keeps saying that the buck stops with him (which, of course, is refreshing after 8 yrs of ZERO responsibility). If the past administration committed crimes, does that "buck" stop with the current President also?

He took responsibility for the AIG mess yesterday (if I interpreted that right) even though he wasnt/isnt responsible. Would it be wrong to suggest that if President Obama doesn't investigate the crimes of the past administration(including torture) that he inherits those crimes?

2. You know what? Maybe even if he's going to go after them he would
be an idiot to announce that in advance wouldn't he? Ya think? Timing is everything. Unfortunately we live in a microwave society. Me want everything NOW!

3. He doesnt have to announce anything does he?
He could just instruct his judicial department to begin an investigation. What else are they doing that is more important than investing whether the United States government or its employees committed crimes against humanity? Hunting down some pot smokers??:sarcasm: Couldn't they do both, since pot smokers are such a HUGE problem in our society...more :sarcasm:

5.  CA's unemployment rate is over 10%

and school district layoffs are in the thousands.

Those issues are front and center for many here.

I believe BushCo criminals will face the music before too long.
