Obama did so much better than I even thought last night!!!! A reassess
Last night, the nit picking by the media on the teleprompter, and the complicated answers to complicated questions (it was not entertaining enough for them), and even the retort that has "them" all in a tizzy.."I take a couple of days to think things through" is actually a very positive sign that the President is communicating what he wants to do with the public.

The fact that the talking heads have been reduced to opining on the three above talking points is the proof in the pudding, that he is getting the message out.

So I reassess

1. Yes, I too must admit that Obama is thinking long term. I may have been too harsh ...
I certainly don't trust those "blue dogs" in the Senate though.

Excellent Job President Obama! :patriot:

It's so nice having a smart guy in the White House for a change.

Obama is selling Edwards Deming concept of 'continuous improvement' in the legislative process BIGTIME!

You've got to try, and as you try, keep improving what you're doing and keep chipping away until you come up with stuff that really addresses the real problems.

The concept of continuous improvement is why we don't still live in caves like our ancestors of 10,000 years ago. Seems like a good way to do things to me.
