2. Reference the soon-to-be-issued republican budget for details. |

After McCain suspended his campaign to fix the economy, and here we are all these months later, and the Republicans still have nothing.
I think the next step should be McCain suspending his brain until the economy is fixed. Sarah Palin can suspend her own speaking.

7. It's funny you say that. I just saw a bumpersticker on a truck |
|
A very large one at that, from a dealership in Tyler, Texas. There was the veritible "God Bless America," "Support our Troops," and a Mike Huckabee for president sticker proclaiming faith in God and country. And then, there was the "Drill now, drill more, pay less" sticker. All on the back windshield. And, there was also a sticker for a barbecue joint in Tyler. There wasn't much room left on his back windshield to say the least.
A blast from the past, I tell ya.

9. Oh my god. You just made me cry. Tyler, Texas. Home of the rose festival. My poor parents got |
|
duped into buying into the crappiest vacation time share in existence. It was in Tyler, Texas. So, that is where we went for our summer vacation every year from the time I was 5-16. If you know Tyler, do you remember this weird museum full taxidermy? Polar bears and boars and stuff like that?
As far as that truck, I remember when that back windshield would have also featured a gun rack with a shotgun! My grandfather had one and I remember being really little and sitting under it in his pickup truck.
As far as crazy Texas things, my parents live in Houston and their neighbors are radically pro life. The husband has a pro life tattoo on his NECK. He's also an unemployed nurse. My mom imagines the tattoo would be a problem in the medical field.

11. Tyler is some 75 miles from me. |
|
I have been to their zoo, which used to have free admittance. It was actually pretty good for the size of the town.
No, I don't know of the taxidermy place. And surprisingly, this truck that was in front of me had no gun rack. That would have been the icing on the cake.
