Warning: Amway has commercial on tv purporting themselves as business. |
|
Under no circumstance should anyone start a business as a Amway distributor or buy their products. They are a scam. AND run by a right wing scum family.
They must be using the poor economy to help them pull the scam.

I guess someone was right when he said "There's a sucker born every minute". :(
My parents actually knew intelligent people with boxes of this crap piled up in their garages.

The DeVos family (owners of scAmway) are the in-laws of BlacKKKwater's EriKKK Prince, and reportedly helped him establish the nazi mercenary company.

3. they use brainwashing tactics and many well-meaning people succumb to it, especially in these times |

I've seen some really heartbreaking situations. Very sad.
I got mixed up with Primerica (essentially Amway for financial services) in '03 and it caused a great deal of grief for me personally.
I wish they'd make the business model illegal. Hurts too many people.

6. How to make money at Amway |
|
There's no money to be made selling the product or from your upstream. The real money is in hosting seminars (you have to pay an exhorbitant entrance fee) and selling promotional materials (eg. inspirational tapes).

9. Amway zombies piss me off.. |
|
I just wish this company would die already, there is nothing worse than being at starbucks or at a book store and having these idiots approach you to pitch their business oppertunity. It really sucks when your friends or family get involved in something like this, you can't even talk to them for more than 5 minutes without them trying to pressure you into some "business meeting" with their "mentor" and when you say no they think you're just jealous that they'll make it big, some day...
