I wonder if we really appreciate how much it took to get the memos published.. |
|
If McCain had gotten in office, they would never have seen the light of day.
If it took a promise not to prosecute to get them out there, to wake people up to what the sadists of the right did.
If this can get them (the right) off their knees to the hatred that has almost destroyed us spawned in the base of their politics
If this will now be a part of our printed history to keep us from ever having this happen again.
Then Mr. President you have started the ball rolling.
But you cannot do it all alone.
Thank you to Keith Olbermann. But Keith you are wrong when you say history will look back and blame just Obama.
Media, it is time for you to do your job.
Time for the congress who signed on to it with closed eyes to pick up the next part to prosecute Bush, Cheney, and their minions.
Time for us as voters and citizens to demand more. It is on the backs of all of us.

3. Yes, and the reality is: |
|
Obama Promises to Defend Interrogators, But No Promise on the Bush Lawyers Who Signed OffIt's as if people are only focusing on parsing Obama's words and speculating about his intentions. No one seems to be focused on the fact that he released proof that war crimes were committed. Proof! Proof for the world to see.

Keith went too far tonight. Obama is working on fixing the worst economy in 80 years, trying to finish two wars, stopping gang related drug/gun crimes on one of our borders, fixing healthcare, stopping global warming all while fighting off republicans. Blaming him after only 80+ days makes Keith look like he needs another Bush.

8. Keith keeps wanting to do this Obama = Bush thing. He has done it multiple times |
|
about some rather ridiculous stuff. One had to do with a comment Obama made during his first interview with Al Arabiya. It is ridiculous.

12. Exactly. We are not dealing with sane folks here. Did you see the jerks who raged against this |
|
happening on tv yesterday? They truly do not want this stuff out.
