Unable to get a 30% cap or any cap on Credit Cards from the Senate, the SC nominee may as well be a |
|
another GOP Governor. Another bland, male, go along to get OKed by this wishy washy Senate.

1. I just don't think that the Senate's failure on cc interest rate capping |
|
and the SC nomination are closely linked.

3. When the Supreme Court Nominee is presented to the Senate for a vote, we will have Al Franken seated |

A filibuster proof 60 to 39 (Bernard Sanders is an Independent) looks good to me for getting through President Obama's first choice.
We have the majority in both houses of Congress as well as the Executive Branch. There is no need to compromise one iota with the Republicans over a nomination to the Supreme Court, or any legislation we choose to write. We need to assert our power and put these repukes in their place.

5. They Will Never Let Franken Have His Seat |

They will take it all the way to the Supreme Court, and we all know what that means — Bush v. Gore II
