The odds of them deciding to overturn a voter-approved amendment on definitional grounds are very low. Don't get your hopes too high.

My advice to everybody is, assume this is a loss and plan ahead. There'll be another ballot initiative. If we get a pleasant surprise in 75 minutes, okay, but I'm not expecting it.
