Chino Hills. The hole was something like 490 yards. It was my first time out with my new girlfriend, Big Bertha. There was a group of Japanese gentlemen in front of us. My best friend told me "go ahead, you can't make the green from here". The green was over a hill out of sight. When we drove up to the green, the Japanese guys were sitting in their carts and it took us a minute or so to understand that they were asking "who hit that shot?" My ball was about 50 feet from the pin on a side-hill lie. The rest is history.

Go ahead and hate the Dodgers. Hate the fact that they're the only team with a winning percentage over six hundred. Six ninety-four in fact. They lead the National League in everything except home runs and triples.

If there's a Freeway World Series, we should get together and go. My treat.

Like the Angels too, the World Series match up was hell, at first I thought I couldn't lose, but it is really hard hoping both teams do well but one just a bit better.

Is that the hole at Chino Hills with a little creek or the one with the partially downed tree? (It has been a long time) I used to play golf with a guy who had a kid in HS with Tiger. Said Tiger would tear up the par 5s there in HS.

And to be honest, Dodger Stadium is a great place for a game, I may take you up on your offer.

One fine day, back in oh, '77 or so, I was sitting at a stop light with friends, waiting for the green. There was a car in front of us, must have been a Plymouth Satellite or something. It was HUGH. We were on our way home from Huntington Beach. Stoned. Waaay stoned. The light turned green, and after a few seconds, I tooted my horn. The lady in the passenger seat was so startled that she tossed whatever drink she was holding right up onto the windshield. We laughed so hard that we sat through the next cycle of green/yellow/red.
