I notice that OFA keeps gearing up for some health care fight and HCAN has $80 million ready to spend on it.
If the plan was going to be bipartisan, would all this effort be necessary? Probably not.
I hope all this "rallying the troops" stuff means that the final health bill is going to be very unpopular with Republicans and the health insurance industry. That would mean it's a good bill.
