A soldier's view of Obama
A relative of mine met Obama overseas recently. He is in the Marines and he has met both Bush and now Obama. He told me that Bush seemed disinterested when they met, almost as if he wanted to be fishing or back on the ranch. The encounter was methodical and over before it started so that he could keep a strict itinerary.

With Obama, he called them (3 Marines) over and struck up a conversation and took photos with them. He stated that Obama was engaging and was truly interested in their lives and what they had to say. I should also state my cousin is very apolitical and was not a huge Obama fan before the encounter; he was pretty neutral. In fact he may have voted for McCain and admitted the military brainwashes you like that. However, he said after the meeting, he has tremendous respect for Obama and feels the country made the right choice.

6. I honestly believe....
.... that if Barack Obama could talk to every single voter individually, personally, shake their hand .... do that shoulder grab thing he does .... he would win re-election unanimously.
