This was Delaware. When the congressperson said Obama was a citizen, the crazy birthers demanded that everyone there say the pledge of allegiance .. and they did :wow:

Does she not realize that is NOT a certified document? Only the state can give you a certified birth document that you use for all legal purposes. getting into college, passports etc. What she was holding up, is a gift from the hospital, suitably to put in your baby book etc, that many times get lost in multiple moves.
