obama is the ONLY one who should be doing live, in-person townhalls. |

dem congressmembers should do theirs televised or online, since the turfers have taken the attention away from any serious political discourse.
...and the corporate media refuses to expose these mobs for the corporate shills they are.
let these zombies just try to take over an obama townhall!

1. I disagree. These people are looking more and more unhinged. The GOP is sinking. |

3. Seriously. These people are so confused and ignorant, and they can't make their comments seem sane |
|
to save their lives. They really are a complete and utter mess.

4. Dems shouldn't hold them UNLESS they are particularly deft at |
|
controlling the message, the "protestors", and the forum. The free-for-all has got to stop--it's becoming pure media fodder to defeat reform, nothing more.

unitil Obama and the Democrats come up with a single proposal. As it stands now, no one knows what's going to happen or what the cost will be, and there's legitimate concern about what the outcome will be. Having townhall free-for-alls is no way to conduct a serious health care debate. Get a single detailed proposal, and then present it to the people. That's the way to do it. If there's no proposal, the whole discussion turns into a circus where everyone is a each other's throats. We don't need someone prancing around on stage putting out tidbits of information without comprehensive details.
I'm starting to think that a free-for-all is what the Democrats are trying to stir up, for political advantage. They don't have a plan or proposal that's acceptable to their base, so they're going to turn the discussion into a political fight.

6. Most Congressmen i've seen aren't very polished -- Obama is pretty sharp and Eager |
|
Jsut watched two today and the questions asked are the same things and it seems when you thikn Public Option is YES an Option for anyone these people stand up and cry because they think their freedom is being taken away ... this after the congressmen tells them nothing will be taken away and their choices have just been expanded....wtf?!?
Either these congressmen arent pitching it well or i dunno....Personally when listening to these congressmen they arent as charismatic and dont stuff the appropriate wording into their opening presentations to stop these silly followup questions.

who will get more coverage/understanding from the corp news media tonite?
i'd tired of all this free press for "concerned citizens."
only shuster/hall, ed, keith and rachel are calling these turfers out for the corporate, brown-shirt mobs they are.
so i say better to give them NO coverage, and let the president do these live, in-person townhalls.
