I was at the Chinese take out. Guy gets into a little black Smart car. The license plate snags my attention. Has a CIA logo/emblem next to what looks like a short license plate #. So ya think it's souped up? Doesn't seem congruent with the Black Denali reputation. Maybe it's just the interoffice delivery guys?
If it wasn't CIA...is it legal to use such a designation on a license plate?

they get barely forty to the gallon -which is far from worth the sacrifice in terms of comfort and safety
...somebody should tell them to reinvest in hybrids
