The Health Care Benefits Cancellation Card: Hand these out to people against health care reform

I think this would be an excellent card to have available at health care town hall meetings or other situations where people are belly-aching about how they don't like socialized, government-run health care programs. Hand them one of these and have them sign off and give back to you. You can then send the cards to the proper government offices and let them cut these people off.

Hey, it could cut government costs, right? Put one of these on every seat before a town hall meeting... see their faces when they look at this... :rofl:

(Hint: save to your desktop and send to your Birther dweebs... then they can fill it out and mail back to you. You'll pay for the stamp.)
